Cuba

· The Cubans have now won eight of their last nine matches in the competition, including the last two. Their only defeat in this streak came against Italy in 2007 (3-0).
· Cuba have most wins (66) and most set wins (217) in the competition. China follows with 65 wins, while Japan has second-most set wins with 214.
