Peru beat Algeria in straight sets

Matsumoto, Japan, August 22, 2015 – Peru beat Algeria in straight sets Saturday evening to join the United States and China opening winners at the site B of the 2015 FIVB Women's World Cup.



Oritz Karla scored 12 points and Olemar Katherinne added 11 to lift Peru up to the 25-16, 25-13 and 25-16 win in 63 minutes.
Kasri Melissa was the only Algerian player scoring double digit with 12 points.
